CMA (Certified Medication Aide) - $25 an hour (Columbia, MD)

Responsibilities include:

·Preparing and passing medication to residents

·Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse

·Taking care of residents’ personal hygiene

·Setting up of meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake

·Feeding residents & serving nutritional supplements

·Preparing, passing, and recording intake of medication

·Transporting residents within the facility

·Upkeeping documentation for each resident

·Maintaining confidentiality of all resident & facility data

Requirements:

·Unencumbered active CMA license

·1 year CMA experience in a long term care environment

·Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
