Essential Functions

An employee at this level is required to perform some or all of the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed:

• Provide support for the area of Quality Management
  • Assist with data reporting for quality measurement and monitoring
• Provide support for the Habilitation Supports Waiver (HSW), Children’s Waiver Program (CWP), Waiver for Children with Serious Emotional Disturbances (SEDW), Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Demonstration, and 1915(i) State Plan Home and Community Based Services Benefit
  • Manage the Waiver Support Application at the regional level
  • Pull and review reports
  • Track cases and case actions
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials for assigned committees
• Provide support for the Michigan Mission-Based Performance Indicator System (MMBPIS)
  • Review documentation for performance indicator events
  • Assist with quarterly reviews and report preparation
• Provide support for External Quality Reviews and State Site Reviews
• Monitor submission of information by providers
