Regina Caeli seeks a local administrator for their homeschool hybrid program located near Atlanta in Norcross, GA.

The Center Coordinator of Education is the local administrator who oversees the day-to-day quality of the classroom instruction, manages and provides ongoing coaching of the local staff, and provides Christian leadership for the local families. Tasks are listed below. Some travel is required; to be considered, one must be able to attend a week of training in the summer (July 22-26 in Dallas), and attend 3 days of local training in August. This position is a part-time position for approximately 25 hours per week, requiring work hours 8:00am-3:30pm on Mondays/Thursdays at the local center (nursery provided) - and - Work from home 12pm-4pm Tuesday/Wednesday (Friday as needed). Work schedule is compatible for parents caring for children.

Admissions Tracking and Family InterviewsSchedule all tours for potential familiesLead 3 Touring Events per year

Teaching 1-2 classes will be encouraged once training is complete

Regina Caeli Academy (www.rcahybrid.org), is a classical homeschool academy in the Catholic tradition. RCA is a national organization that offers instruction in a formal Socratic classroom setting on Mondays and Thursdays. The positions are hourly, and complimentary childcare/nursery is provided. Applicants must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church and have a deep love for the Catholic faith. Curriculum and grading guidelines are provided. Tutors are trained to provide instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards. The ideal applicant will have strong communication skills, good organization, timeliness, a traditional view of the student/teacher relationship, and must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life.
