Under minimal supervision usually from the Medical Social Worker or Social Worker, the Social Services Designee assesses resident social service needs and ensures the identified needs are addressed. S/he also advocates for the resident and family, while maintaining a professional and positive customer service approach.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience working with elderly in long term care facility
• Social Services certification desired

** Tuesdays through Saturdays work schedule ** $23 - $34/hr. (DOE)
