Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Manager/Business Office Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including office management, schedule and calendar management, team management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Oversee office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments
- Manage calendars for HR staff and executives
- Supervise and provide guidance to HR team members
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage vendor relationships for HR-related services
Experience:
- Proven experience in HR or related field
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience with medical office management is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment
