Regent Products Corp had been an industry leader for over 37 years in General Merchandise Imports. We sell to retail and wholesale segments and are hiring in our Sales Support divisions.

Duties:

· Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, guiding customers through the order process and facilitating web sales.

· Coordinate email / marketing campaigns.

· Travel out of the office to industry tradeshows independently and with the team.

· Provide sales support at our in house tradeshows which might include weekends.

· Assist with processing purchase orders and providing new item information in required formats.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Sales, Problem solving, Analyzing Information.

· Computer skills: MUST posses excellent computer skills. This includes advanced excel, word, data entry, etc.

· Be highly organized and adept at multi-tasking and time management.

· Desire to work in a fast paced team environment.

· High School diploma with 1-3 years of Customer Service

Hours:

8:00-5:00pm Monday-Fridays

Some Saturdays and Sundays when attending industry trade shows out of town.

Some Sundays during local tradeshows.

Must be able to travel
