Description
$500 SIGN ON BONUS
CALL OR COME BY FOR DETAILS
The primary purpose of your job position is to transport residents to their appointments.
- Transport residents to and from appointments for diagnostic and therapeutic services
- Check daily with Receptionist for any changes in appointments
- Maintain a daily mileage log
- Report vehicle issues to Business Office Manager
- Maintain a clean driving record and current driver license
- Attend in-service training programs as scheduled.
- Report all incidents such as falls and change of condition to the DON and/or Administrator immediately
- Any other duties as assigned by Administrator.
