- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production team members to maintain high levels of productivity and quality output.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing production efficiency and reducing production costs.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role is preferable with coatings, pigments, or carbon grinding experience.

- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in using production management software and other relevant tools.

- This position will be within the range of $36.54/hour to 48.56/hour based on experience, plus overtime.
