Regeneron is Hiring a Global Procurement Associate - Leadership Development Rotational Program Near Tarrytown, NY
The Regeneron Global Procurement Future Leaders Development Program underscores our commitment to cultivating early talent in procurement. This program is designed to recruit and onboard recent university graduates for a comprehensive, full-time, two-and-a-half-year procurement rotational program. The primary goal is to equip participants with a diverse and valuable range of procurement experiences across various global procurement teams at Regeneron. Each participant will undergo no fewer than three distinct rotational roles during the program's duration before transitioning into a permanent position within the organization. Throughout their journey, participants will receive dedicated support from a program lead.
Program Structure/Timing: Two-and-a-Half-Year Program with 3 Rotations:
As a Global Procurement Associate in the Leadership Development Rotational Program, a typical day might include:

Salary Range (annually)$62,400.00 - $95,000.00
Program Structure/Timing: Two-and-a-Half-Year Program with 3 Rotations:
- 1st rotation: Approximately 1 year
- 2nd rotation: Approximately 9 months
- 3rd rotation: Approximately 9 months
As a Global Procurement Associate in the Leadership Development Rotational Program, a typical day might include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop category strategies for strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Analyzing data and market trends to inform procurement strategies and business case development.
- Engaging in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and participating in supplier performance management.
- Supporting global procurement efforts by participating in meetings with international colleagues and contributing to process and system improvement projects.
- Assisting in the development of strategies to deliver specific goods or services aligned with Regeneron's business objectives and supporting supplier selection processes, including evaluation and contract drafting.
- A four-year degree in supply chain management, engineering, business management, finance, logistics, or planning, earned within the last 12 months or expecting to graduate this spring.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to visualize, articulate, and derive insights from data.
- Organizational Skills: Established planning and project management abilities.
- Communication: Highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Comfort with business systems and technology solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
