Within the framework of the objectives and policies established by the Campus Administrator and Director of Health Services, provides direct assistance through the provision of oversight, training and scheduling of the C.N.A. Personal Attendants. Also provides managerial and service task assistance when the Campus Administrator and/or Director of Health Services are not on-site. Provides direction to staff and service delivery according to the operational procedures of the facility and in compliance with the State regulations for RCACs.
