Regency Senior Communities is Hiring a Bus Driver - Senior Living Facility Near Berlin, WI

Regency has been in operation for over 25 years providing exemplary residential living communities by creating a warm, caring, safe and professional environment for our residents, their families, and each other. 

Regency is currently seeking Bus Drivers to join our team of compassionate and professional individuals. Our Bus Drivers are to drive vans equipped to provide non-emergency transport of elderly and/or mobility-impaired residents by accommodating wheelchairs, walkers and scooters to various destinations.

HOURS:

Part-Time Hours Available

Vary from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Driving residents safely.
  • Courteous interaction with residents, guests, family members and staff using the van.
  • Clean van as assigned, gather and dispose of waste.
  • Keep scheduled appointments.
  • Replenish fuel and fluids as necessary.
  • Request assistance with moving of heavy furniture, appliances.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by Fleet Manager.
  • Comply with all required local, state and federal regulations
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Attend and participate in committee meetings, trainings, in services, community events as required.
  • Deliver food and mail to Regency campuses. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience operating 14-passenger buses. 
  • High School Graduate or equivalent preferred. 
  • Possess valid and current driver’s licensure and insurance.
  • Current Fed Med Card. 
  • Excellent driving record required.
  • Ability to read and understand, written or verbal labels and instructions in English.
