We are currently seeking an Event Set-Up Technician to join our team!

Essential Job Duties:

1. Performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas. Will be responsible for the set-up/break-down of events, parties and classes. 

2. Assists in performing resets and simple repairs as necessary.

3. Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff. 

4. Will assist other Maintenance personnel, when necessary, in the completion of various projects or repairs.

5. Attendance is essential to this job. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality.
