About the Position: As a Leasing Coordinator, you'll enjoy a dynamic workday filled with diverse interactions and opportunities to hone your skills. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing rental applications, lease forms, and reports. You'll also be responsible for conducting follow-up calls and maintaining detailed traffic documentation for all prospects. Additionally, you'll input traffic, leasing, and application documentation into the computer system on a daily basis. Periodic market surveys to assess the property's competitive standing will also be part of your role, along with assisting with scheduling and organizing monthly resident activities. Lastly, you'll qualify, demonstrate, and lease apartments in compliance with Fair Housing Guidelines.

Rate of Pay: From $17/Hour
