RN Case Manager or Visit Nurse

Regency Home Care is looking for a RN - Registered Nurse – to perform skilled nursing visits. Perform skilled nursing in client homes. Perform a variety of tasks including medication management, wound care, infusion therapy, along with a variety of other cares. Work with the RN Case Manager to keep the client safe in their home.

RN Visit Nurse Requirements :

• Must have a current MN RN nursing license
• Must be CPR certified
• Must have great leadership skills
• Must have great communication skills
• Must have attention to detail
