Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors responsible for providing rebuild services, ensuring they meet our stringent standards of quality, budget adherence, and timeliness.
- Manage the rebuild segment of our disaster restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring subcontractor activities align with client expectations and project goals for satisfaction and profitability.
- Conduct financial oversight, including the timely collection of payments and monitoring the economic aspects of rebuild projects.
- Attend and contribute to company meetings, support in training initiatives, and advocate for a safety-first culture in all rebuild activities.
- Handle multiple rebuild projects simultaneously, maintaining clear and detailed communication and documentation.
- Foster and maintain productive relationships with clients, reinforcing our commitment to top-tier rebuild services after disasters.
