This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.The Microsoft Developer II role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Microsoft technologies. This position will play a key role in developing and maintaining software solutions which empower our employees, tenants and partners and contribute to the success of our organization. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers and other developers to create high-quality, scalable and robust software solutions. What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborating with System Analysts and customers to understand the functional requirements and translate into technical specifications.Designing software solutions and applications within the Microsoft ecosystem, considering best practices, scalability and performance.Writing and maintaining custom applications, reports and interfaces using Microsoft tools and technologies, such as PowerAutomate, .NET, C, CSS, HTML or JavaScript.Integrating Microsoft applications with other systems, databases and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.Providing ongoing support for Microsoft applications, troubleshoot issues, debug applications and implement patches or updates as necessary.Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks within Microsoft systems and solutions to ensure efficient and responsive software.Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance Microsoft systems and solutions functionality and efficiency.Assisting with planning and execution of system upgrades and patches while minimizing disruptions to daily operations.Documenting, testing and quality assurance.Ensuring security and compliance.
