We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our regional office located in Chicago (Oak Brook), Illinois. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for the management of the leasing organization of company-owned properties on a project or multi-project level in the assigned territory and for developing and implementing an aggressive property-level leasing program to maximize occupancy and revenues through rental agreements, in accordance with asset goals and objectives. The portfolio is currently 17 Retail Centers and approximately 2.8M square feet of GLA in Illinois, Minnesota, and Indiana.
