We are currently seeking dedicated Dietary Aides to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing the lives of those we serve.

Position Overview: As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the dietary needs of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensuring that residents' dietary preferences and restrictions are met with care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure that food is served at the appropriate temperature and portion sizes are adhered to.
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning food service equipment, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dietary staff, residents, and other team members to ensure exceptional service and resident satisfaction.
• Provide support to residents with special dietary needs or restrictions as directed by dietary or nursing staff.

Qualifications:

You must be able to work part time. Shift: 3-7:30pm. Must work every other weekend. You will work 3-4 days per week.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting, is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and resident care.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with health and safety regulations.
