RegalCare at Holyoke is seeking a dedicated Scheduler/Central Supply professional to join our team. This full-time position requires experience in scheduling within a skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scheduling operations efficiently and ensuring adequate supply management for our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage scheduling operations for licnesed and CNA staff members.
• Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, including shifts and time off.
• Communicate effectively with staff members regarding scheduling changes and updates.
• Oversee central supply inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill supply needs efficiently.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to scheduling and supply management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling within a skilled nursing facility is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications related to scheduling and inventory management.
