We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant with a strong work ethic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. As an assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, and assist our Finance department by:

- Providing general administrative support such as scanning, and data entry

- Maintain management designated procedures and policies for processing contracts and managing contract receivables and cash payments for all retail vehicle sales

- Research status of contracts on related websites and update notes.

- Assist finance department in obtaining support documents.
