Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing your expertise in diagnostic evaluation, aseptic technique, catheterization, basic life support, eClinicalWorks, behavioral health, dialysis, acute pain management, and inhalation therapy.

Duties:

- Perform face-to-face visits.

- Provide pallative care visits.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Perform diagnostic evaluations and order appropriate tests and procedures

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Utilize aseptic technique for wound care and other procedures

- Catheterize patients as necessary

- Provide basic life support in emergency situations

- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records (eClinicalWorks)

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Manage acute pain through various modalities

- Administer inhalation therapy for respiratory conditions

Experience:

- Valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in [state]

- Master's degree in Nursing or related field

- Board certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)

- Proficiency in electronic health record system

Pay: $65.83 - $68.75 per hour
