Refreshment Services Pepsi is seeking a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our talented team and make a difference! We are looking for a self-motivated applicant who likes working in different areas of the business, such as performing reception duties, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other general office duties.

In this position you will assist and perform duties in the Front Office. The successful candidate will process accounts receivable, discuss outstanding balances, etc. with customers or process accounts payable, ensuring the accuracy of payments made to vendors. Additional office duties will be performed such as answering multiple phone lines, greet walk-in traffic, dispatch repair and product requests. The position is in Terre Haute, Indiana. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 to 2 years of accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable work experience. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who are seeking a full time Monday – Friday day shift position with health benefits, a 401(k) and paid time off.
