Position Overview:

As an Aesthetics Injector, you will play a pivotal role in providing a range of non-surgical cosmetic procedures to our clients. Working under the supervision of our medical director, you will utilize your expertise as a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to perform injectable treatments, such as fillers, neurotoxins, and other aesthetic procedures. Your primary focus will be on delivering safe, effective, and personalized treatments while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatment.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and desired outcomes.
• Administer injectable treatments, including but not limited to dermal fillers, neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport), and other aesthetic procedures, with precision and expertise.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory guidelines during treatment procedures.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and realistic expectations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including treatment plans, consent forms, and progress notes.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical director and other members of the healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Stay current on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine through ongoing training and professional development.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Florida.
• Experience in aesthetic injectable procedures (e.g., Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector).
• Proven experience performing injectable treatments in a clinical setting, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficacy.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and effectively explain complex medical information.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Compensation:
This position offers a starting salary of $90,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, this position also has the opportunity to earn commissions based on sales, bonuses for meeting performance targets, and tips from clients.
