The Manager of Managed Care Analyst and Contracts is necessary to support the Athena provider enrollment, Revenue Cycle, and Contracting support functions. These positions have a direct impact on revenue. These roles will ensure that provider enrollment is updated daily and that claim holds are resolved quickly to improve cash flow.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Education / Training / Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or a combination of education and equivalent experience specifically relevant to the primary accountabilities of practice management, preferably behavioral health
• Familiar with behavioral healthcare concepts and practices as they relate to providers and behavioral healthcare clinics

Responsibilities:

• Support contract administration, including contract installation within the EHR
• Fee schedule maintenance, loading, and quality evaluation
• Review and problem identification of claims hold and initiate escalation when required
• Maintain payor lists for assigned region
• Schedule and support Joint Operating Committee activities with assigned payors
• Provide support to clinics and the contracting team for escalated problem resolution
