We are currently seek a full or part-time licensed therapist - LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC to join our thriving, multidisciplinary private practice in Boston, Massachusetts.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Clear and active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, licensed in Massachusetts.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with health psychology.
• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• Experience with couples or family counseling.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Two years of clinical experience.
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
• Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.
