Family Counseling Associates realizes that our exceptional staff strengthens our practice. We are currently seeking a licensed psychologist for our Danvers, Massachusetts, center.Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required.Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $104,100 to $156,100 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Clear and active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience working with children or adolescents.
- Experience with couples or family counseling.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Customizable caseload! Work with the clients that you are most comfortable with.
- Flexible scheduling & strong work-life balance
- Opportunity for twice monthly consult group
- Clinician-led leadership team.
- There are substantial rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. There are no caps on compensation. There is no need to wait for insurance reimbursements; clinicians are paid ahead of collections.
- This is a W2 position.
