We seek a full- or part-time licensed therapist - LICSW or LMHC to join our thriving, multidisciplinary private practice in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Compensation:

• Fee for Service Model
• Full-time employees can earn $70,000 - $100,000 annually.

Requirements:

• Clear and active LICSW or LMHC, licensed in Massachusetts.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with health psychology.
• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• Experience with couples or family counseling.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Two years of clinical experience.
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
• Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.
