Independent Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)

We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance.We seek licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) for full-time positions in Oahu, Hawaii.

Experience with children/adolescents is highly valued.

Clinicians can have onsite or hybrid scheduling but must live in Hawaii.

Compensation:

• $83,000-$85,000 annually (depending on experience and caseload volume)
• W2 Model

Requirements:

• Independent therapist license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
• Independent mental health license in Hawaii
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with children or adolescents
• Experience with couples or family counseling
• Experience with clinical therapy
