Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
- Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data protection
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Proven experience as a Manager of IT Operations or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of data protection and cybersecurity best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
