Enterprise Sales Manager B2B for Software Solutions in North American market. Join our Sales Team to shape one of the most dynamic technology fields with us.

You know the added value of our products, understand the pain points of your customers, and have the right arguments in sales. You know the right person to identify and approach to make the sales process as efficient as possible. In doing so, you support your customers in a solution-oriented manner and help them to become more successful and sustainable!

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Sell the REFLEKT products by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business within the assigned territory targeting enterprise organizations in the North American market.
  • Expand existing accounts through up and cross-selling with a customer success mindset to turn customers into fans.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the value proposition of the platform as well as the existing and future needs of new prospects and existing customers.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including product/customer marketing, customer success, subject matter experts, technical solutions engineers, and the people/operations teams to ensure operational excellence.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 years of sales and business development experience in enterprise software.
  • Understand and have sold enterprise and SaaS offerings and professional services.
  • Technical knowledge from manufacturing environment or PLM software is a plus.
  • Ability to create connections and engage confidently with a variety of audiences, including decision makers, and ideally have existing connections in verticals such as manufacturing, medical devices, automotive and energy.
  • Strong desire to learn about the product in order to effectively sell up to management or down to end users as needed.
  • Able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events when they resume.
