Is responsible for handling a multiline switchboard and scheduling of incoming referrals in a professional manner.

Make follow-up appointments and schedule new patient appointments in a professional manner.

Write accurate and complete messages, and deliver to appropriate party in an efficient manner;

Place return calls as requested

Monitor fax machine and direct incoming documents as needed.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of the computer keyboard and appointment scheduling systems.

Ability to type at least 25 wpm.

Must possess strong oral communication skill.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:

Medical Office Experience required.

Must possess high school education.
