Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential buyers for properties within our portfolio through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
  • Listing Management: Prepare and manage property listings, including creating compelling descriptions, coordinating professional photography, and showcasing properties effectively across multiple platforms.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee the transaction process from contract to closing, liaising with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to ensure a seamless and efficient closing process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape to advise clients and make informed recommendations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, contracts, and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in sales or real estate, preferably in a commission-based role.
