eero is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated Internal Operations Assistant to join our Operations Team. You must have the ability to execute at a high level and see the opportunities in ambiguous situations. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. The right candidate will be detail oriented and have a demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently while staying flexible and solution-oriented. This individual must have a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, a commitment to customer-service, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
This person will report to the eero Head of Internal Operations.
What you’ll do:
- Perform support functions for the eero executive team including meeting scheduling, preparation and follow up, room bookings, travel booking, organizing documents etc.
- Organize, execute and assist with team social events including budget management, purchasing, and preparation of expense reports
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Perform other duties and special projects for the broader organization
- Organize and execute exec events such as team on-sites and All Hands
Key job responsibilities
- calendar management (outlook and g cal)
- ability to work in both g suite and microsoft office suite programs including docs, sheets, excel, word etc.
-knowledge of amazon travel policies
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
San Francisco, CA, USA
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
