Reel Security California is Hiring a Client Success Manager Near Atlanta, GA

The primary focus of this position is to drive revenue and customer care to our television and film productions. In this role, you will lead the sales efforts with expectations to meet sales objectives, build organic growth, and collaborate with the Operations team to maintain superior service standards.

Reports to: VP of Client Success

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):

  • Manage leads and sales pipeline, pursue and close sales, and track and document status updates in CRM.
  • Focus on networking and building strong client relationships with all production personnel and decision-makers to organically grow the business and create loyal partnerships.
  • Develop an impactful and effective presentation of the Reel Security Value Proposition.
  • Onboard new clients ensuring projects are set up properly and train/educate clients on proprietary software applications.
  • Communicate forecasts for sales and operational needs to the VP of Client Success and Regional Operations Director.
  • Create a cadence to meet with current projects with the intention of improving the client experience and anticipating/responding to their needs.
  • Address and respond to client complaints by collaborating with the VP of Client Success, Regional Director of Operations, and others to coordinate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate information in CRM by l logging all client information, activities, notes, tasks, and opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze competitive intel to understand and adjust to changing market demands.

  • Entertainment Environment Experience – Have a passion for film and television and worked in some facets of the Entertainment industry to be familiar with production workflow, terminology, etc.
  • Character - Demonstrates unquestionable integrity in every aspect of work and dealing with others; Proactive, self-motivated, strong work ethic and driven to achieve success; Consistently models desired behaviors and values established by Reel Security; Creates healthy environments where communication flows freely; Respects diversity of perspective in discussions and demonstrates an inclusive style.

Required Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of professional-level Management experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of sales/account management experience.
  • Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of production personnel in a professional and effective manner.
  • Display exceptional customer service, sales, Job account management, and communication skills
  • Must be able to accept responsibility, manage authority and maintain the confidentiality of information.
