Project Analyst

Job Summary

This position is responsible for validating data and auditing its quality with direct interaction with the project managers and construction inspectors, reporting deficiencies when identified. Generates weekly reports and draws from telecommunications experience to serve as a support in bidding & estimating activities for projects. Will serve an integral role in the company's billing department. Provides analytical, data and pricing support to the Director of Billing.

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for the accuracy of the company's UI

Conduct research, maintains databases, reconcile data, and resolve discrepancies

Daily review of tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Production tracking and scheduling

Prepares weekly Billing

Project closeout

Provides Rake-Offs of projects

Experience facilitating pricing, quoting

Follow and enforce the company's policies and procedures

Other duties as required

Qualifications

· 2 years in telecommunications

· Must have superior data entry skills

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, Adobe, and general knowledge of databases and web services

· Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Must know about OSP Fiber Construction (splicing/aerial/underground/FTTx) and the ability to interpret construction maps; proper candidate must also be willing and able to learn how to interpret construction maps if needed

· Must understand Rake – Offs and As-builts, along with the ability to audit others' work associated with these items

· Conduct research, maintains databases, reconcile data, and resolve discrepancies

· Extremely detailed oriented

· Proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
