Service Provider Manager (SPM) (Referral Management Clerk) – Eglin AFB, FLBackground/Experience:

Shall read, understand, speak, and write English fluently
High school diploma or equivalent
General office administrative and clerical skills to perform receptionist duties and answer telephones
Preferred twenty-four (24) months of healthcare administrative experience in either an inpatient or outpatient care setting within the last five (5) years
General medical ethics, telephone etiquette, written/verbal/electronic communication, and customer service skills

Hours of Operation: Contract performance requirements are governed by the contract. The Contractor shall provide qualified and trained personnel to cover the required hours of performance. The Contractor shall provide CP for conducting business Monday thru Friday, within the various facility’s operational duty hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except for Federal holidays, when the Government MTF is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings or family/down days.
