Our largest projects include Black Desert Resort, a $1 billion world-class golf resort in Ivins, Utah; 150 ski-in ski-out single family homesites and 300 townhomes at Deer Valley Ski Resort near Park City, Utah; and the under development Cutalong Private Golf Club and Resort which consists of 900 homes/condominiums and townhomes at Lake Anna, in Mineral, VA. Job ResponsibilitiesThe Cutalong Resort & Club Concierge will play a critical role in showcasing the unique offerings and amenities of our 1,000-acre golf and lake resort in Mineral, VA to prospective resort investors, real estate purchasers, new members and their guests. You will have the unique opportunity to serve as the first point of contact for many of these individuals as they visit the property and Lake Anna. This role is a new position, and the successful candidate will be a self-starter who is expected to be creative, proactive, and anticipate the needs of the aforementioned stakeholders. You will be heavily involved in the growth of our Cutalong Resort, as we continue to expand operations. General Responsibilities Include
Coordinating travel, airport pickups and lodging
Provide an exceptional experience by conducting resort tours via golf cart, and leading boating excursions, ensuring that tours and excursions are knowledgeable and informative
Ability to provide detailed information on the resort's history, golf course, amenities, and Lake Anna, while answering any questions that may arise
Collaborate with other teams such as Golf Operations and Real Estate Sales to ensure a seamless guest experience
Maintain a thorough understanding of promotions, packages and pricing to effectively promote sales and investment opportunities
Continuously seeks ways to enhance the tour experience and improve the satisfaction of visitors
Organizing and assisting with customer relationship management software (CRM)
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree, or current University student
Previous hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience
Proven experience working with people to provide exceptional levels of detailed service and comfortable with public speaking
Valid driver's license is required
Prior boating experience and willingness to complete a State Boat Safety Course
Outstanding interpersonal communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office suite and customer relationship management
