GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The Reece and Avonley Homes Construction Manager is responsible for field operations and jobsite management of multiple homes, in several communities at multiple price points. Jobsite management includes planning, scheduling, and execution of all stages of the construction process from job start through the warranty period.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Construction Manager ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, while meeting buyer and company expectations. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Create, maintain, and execute a schedule for all active jobs to ensure timely completion of the home.
· Ensure jobsite and community cleanliness.
· Complete jobs within parameters set by the job budget.
· Comply with all International Building codes, city standards, and Reece and Avonley Homes expectation.
· Coordinate with other members of the Reece and Avonley Homes team to ensure the best possible experience for customers.
· Communicate and complete Warranty Requests to the expectations set in the Reece and Avonley Homes Warranty Manual.
REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to learn new skills quickly, a desire to develop and refine skills, and adapt when change is needed.
· Basic Microsoft Office skills, including the utilization of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
· The ability to read, comprehend and explain construction drawings.
· Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with great attention to detail.
COMPENSATION
Reece Homes agrees to pay a full-time Construction Manager an agreed upon salary based on experience. Expected hours are 40 per week. Compensation details to be discussed at the time of interview.
In addition to the payment offered above, Reece Homes offers full-time Construction Manager Paid Time Off, company 401K, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and cellular phone credit. Details upon request.
