Job Description

Fast-paced Dermatology Practice is seeking full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team!

Duties:

  • Answering phones
  • Checking patients in/out
  • Prepping fee sheets for upcoming appointments
  • Entering patient demographic and insurance information
  • Collecting patient copays
  • Confirming appointments via phone
  • Act as a Custodian of records
  • Work with outside referrals
  • Other duties pertinent to medical office administration

Qualifications:

  • Team oriented and passionate about patient care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eager to learn about Dermatology

Job Type:

  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Experience:

  • 2 years of Medical Receptionist experience is preferred
  • English and Spanish speaking preferred but not required

Education:

  • Hight School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications/Licenses:

  • Medical Assistant Certification is preferred

Pay:

  • $19.00 - $22.00 based on years of experience
