Clinical Supervisor - Lake County 

One (1) Full-Time Salaried/Exempt $93,912.00 Annually

*BBS License Required*

**Bonus to be paid out as follows: $1,000.00 issued upon hire and $1,000.00 at 6-month completion**

Pay differentials offered - must qualify through testing or verification for the following special competencies.

*Experience 2 years Post CA BBS Licensure Direct Service ($1.00 per hour)

*Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish ($1.00 per hour)

*Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)

Under the general supervision of the Clinical Manager/Director performs all the functions a clinician typically does for a given service and also functions in a supervisory administrative and/or program management capacity within the agency. The Clinical Supervisor may work, consistent with their scope of practice, within ANY RCS programs on an “as needed basis.”

Education and/or Experience:

Master’s degree in Social Work, BBS Licensed for a minimum of 2 years required

Must be a Licensed or Intern LCSW/MFT/PhD for 2 years and must pass a background check on the Board of Behavioral Services, Department of Justice and Child Abuse Index, Department of Motor Vehicles and/or other reporting agencies. Four (4) years or more experience in assessing clients is preferred. Or a combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Licenses and Certifications:  

• Associate Clinical Social Worker and fully eligible for registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences (or)
• An intern in a PhD. or PsyD. Program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) or Western Association of Schools and Colleges, which would, upon successful completion, lead to licensure by the California Board of Psychology.
  • Current registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences (or)
  • Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (or) 
  • Associate Clinical Social Worker and current registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences (or)
  • Fully eligible for registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences (or)
  • An intern in a PhD. or PsyD. Program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) or Western Association of Schools and Colleges, which would, upon successful completion, lead to licensure by the California Board of Psychology.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI, CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
