Do you love the look of a clean space? We’re looking for an experienced janitor and maintenance professional to fill a position on our team.

You’ll keep our building impeccably clean, handling daily upkeep and tasks, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed.

Compensation : $18 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Replace light bulbs, clean mirrors and windows, ensure cleanliness and supply of restrooms on a regular basis
• Perform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, deep cleaning floors, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture and fixtures, and emptying trash
• Maintain the cleanliness of certain kitchen equipment as directed by the sous chef
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
• Maintain the presentation and safety of exterior decor and pathways

Qualifications :

• 1 years of experience as a janitor, cleaning crew member, or similar position
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
• Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
• In good physical condition with excellent health
• Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
• Prior experience with facility maintenance required
