Redstone Bank is Hiring a Personal Banker I Near Parker, CO

A Personal Banker I is responsible for providing superior customer service to clients in the Branch. The Personal Banker I will accurately complete financial transactions for customers, which includes opening accounts, handling banking transactions, informing customers of other products and services and solving customer questions and concerns. This would include both consumer and business clients of the Bank. A significant aspect of this role will be to build relationships with customers and recommend financial solutions including treasury management, merchant card processing and general depository options.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist clients with day-to-day customer service requests including issues and interactions regarding customer inquiries, new accounts, online banking services and ongoing relationship needs for depository clients.
  • Perform transfers, loan payments and assist with wire transactions.
  • Responsible for opening new consumer accounts with supporting products and services including online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, credit cards and when appropriate ODP.
  • Responsible for opening business accounts with supporting products and services including online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, credit cards and merchant card processing.
  • Assist the other Personal Bankers, and accurately assist customers with processing transactions.
  • Help the branch achieve overall depository, lending and treasury management goals.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • As assigned, completes special projects.
  • Attends banking schools and seminars as required to maintain knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures and compliance.
  • Be able to work fluctuating hours, as the need arises, to cover for other employees on vacation or in their absence.

  • Possess strong knowledge of the Bank’s consumer and business products and services.
  • Possess knowledge of, and is able to perform, all Personal Banking & retail loan functions.
  • Effective communication skills to establish strong customer dialogue and relationships.
  • Competent computer skills to understand and execute banking programs and software.
  • Additional activities include standing, sitting, reaching, lifting, bending, reading, concentrating, communicating and interacting with others.
  • Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
