Redstone Apartments is Hiring a Property Manager Near Flint, MI

About us

Redstone Apartments is searching for an experienced Property Manager and strong leader to be a part of the team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of assigned properties
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
- Conduct property tours and show available units to potential tenants
- Screen and approve rental applications, ensuring compliance with leasing policies and procedures
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in a timely manner
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt resolution of tenant issues
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions, including leases, inspections, and maintenance requests
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to management
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitor analysis to inform pricing and marketing strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
- Strong sales and upselling skills to effectively market available units
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Proficiency in property management software, but will train the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and file management
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear tenant correspondence
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
