Job Summary
Key Duties
- Onsite installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems RedSail’s Data Centers.
- Assists in the design, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of company’s Information Systems.

- Maintain backup and disaster recovery environment for SaaS, hosted systems and the remote backup service.
- Monitor all services hosted in RedSail Technologies’ Data Centers and act as first level support for issues that may arise during assigned shift.
- Ensure systems deployed at RedSail’s Data Centers follow company’s documented Security and Compliance policies.
- Participate in On Call rotation.
- Performs other duties as assigned by RedSail Technologies management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with general operating knowledge of IT infrastructure systems or at least five years’ experience working in an Enterprise Data Center environment
- Strong knowledge of and experience troubleshooting networking and systems issues.
- Microsoft PowerShell scripting.
- VMWare Enterprise Class server virtualization.
- Power Admin Infrastructure Monitoring.
- Experience with Wireshark or equivalent packet capturing application.
- Storage Platform Administration
- Uses independent judgment and discretion based upon the employee’s experience in the position and knowledge of the products, equipment, and services
- Uses good judgement and possesses ethical work values
- Moderate or high levels of stress may be experienced in the performance of the job
- Position is performed in a general office environment, home office, or approved remote workspace where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting to 25 lbs.
- Daily use of the Microsoft Teams (phone), computer, printer, and other routine office equipment
- Must have internet access, which may be reimbursed by the Company according to the policy
- Little responsibility for safety of others. Job is performed in an office setting where there are no hazardous materials or equipment
