Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of our property. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the property, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations - Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and in compliance with safety standards - Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including tenant applications, leases, and rent payments - Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests - Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants - Conduct thorough screenings of potential tenants, including background checks and income verification - Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions if necessary - Stay up-to-date with fair housing regulations and ensure compliance at all times Experience: - Previous experience in property management or a related field - Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry and file management - Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite - Strong customer relationship management skills - Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is preferred - Understanding of fair housing regulations and ability to navigate legal requirements - Excellent communication and negotiation skills We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
