Position: Multi-Site Manager

Reports To: Portfolio Manager/Director

Classification: Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY

The Multi-Site Manager position is responsible for maximizing operating performance on scattered site locations through team development, ensuring high-quality building and community aesthetics and environment, and delivering the highest level service experience to potential residents, and residents alike.

As a Multi-Site Manager, you are the cornerstone of on-site operations and are independent thinkers and choice-makers, who understand overall business operations and seek opportunities to maximize long-term value and contribute to bottom-line net operating income.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Direction and Development –Establish a cohesive team environment that provides a systematic approach to team engagement, through motivation, learning, and growth opportunities ensuring a positive and rewarding employee experience. Empower team members through effective delegation of responsibility.

Operations Management –Maintain a big-picture perspective while managing daily, weekly and monthly priorities through team alignment, proficiency, priority management, and consistent delivery to ensure resident satisfaction levels. Demonstrate operational improvement by finding ways to streamline processes, successfully mitigating concerns, and navigating issues effectively.

Market / Strategic Leadership –Understand and reinforce RedPeak's Mission, Vision, Values, and goals through managing overall asset performance to include maximum retention, consistent practices, regular communication, and market knowledge.

Financial Management–Take a proactive and preventive stance to property operations through weekly financial performance reviews, strategic planning, realistic budgeting, and accurate reporting to meet NOI objectives

Physical Requirements

  • Physical requirements are minimal

  • Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time

  • Ability to work at a desk in front of a computer for extended periods of time

  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Minimum Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Desired Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Desired Work Experience

  • 2 years of apartment community management experience

  • Multi-Site Experience

  • Experience in supervisory role with 200 unit community and 5 employee staff

  • Experience in writing and maintaining budgets

  • Proficient in Yardi Voyager property management software

  • General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills

  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office

  • Proficiency with email and Internet platforms
