Cúram Business Analyst – Little Rock

The Role

The Cúram Business Analyst will designfunctional approaches to customize functionality using the IBM Cúram Business Application Suite. The Business Analyst is also a lead teammember in the planning and execution of testing, training, support of user testingand customer support post implementation.

Skills & Role Requirements

• Must have experience using Cúram BusinessApplication Suite
• Experience in planning and leading JADsessions and creating design documents
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, accordingto agreed upon project scope for various areas of the application.
• Participate in /lead systems analysis and gapanalysis.
• Produce client-approved deliverables requiredin standard project development including functional requirements, trainingcontent, job aids, use cases, requirements traceability matrix, test cases andplans.
• Support team members through the developmentand testing of your functional designs.
• Provide status reporting, quality assurancemonitoring and ensure adherence to procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
• Cúram certification preferred
• Understanding of design and developmentconcepts and familiarity with design patterns and the SDLC

Travel Requirements

The position offers the opportunity to travel,averaging from 35% to 55%. Project travel will vary throughout theproject life cycle, being higher in the design and final testing andimplementation phases. The position is based at our office in Chicago and ourprojects are located throughout the United States, and the Caribbean.
