• Base Salary: $52,000 YR / $1,000 WK Guaranteed, with potential earnings between $52,000 - $87,000.
• Bonus Opportunities: Earn 3-10% commission, plus additional bonuses ranging from $6,000 - $35,000 annually.

In this role, your core responsibilities will entail:

• Account Management: Diligently maintaining customer accounts to foster long-term relationships.
• Sales Targets: Meeting and striving to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Customer Follow-Up: Engaging with previous customers for satisfaction checks and reorder facilitation.
• Estimates and Proposals: Skillfully working with estimates, invoices, and proposals for various jobs.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously updating your understanding of new products or services.
• Lead Handling: Efficiently managing incoming sales inquiries, with all leads being warm and actively seeking our services.

These responsibilities require a proactive and customer-focused approach, ensuring both sales success and customer satisfaction.
