REDLattice is looking for a UX/UI Front End Developer to join our team in early 2024. This position entails the following:

Position Description

• Lead engineering teams in the delivery of highly visible and impactful web-based experiences, modern UI component libraries, and enterprise-level web-based infrastructure
• Responsible for all facets of user experience and interface design
• Rapidly prototype new concept interfaces for IRAD efforts
• Collaborate on the design, development, testing, and integration to further mission goals

Requirements:

• Strong background utilizing JavaScript-based frameworks (React, Vue, Typescript, Node, etc.) and other back-end related languages
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing attractive and useful data visualization
• Experience delivering UI component libraries, tools, and secure UI infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience developing with GraphQL API backends
• Demonstrated experience developing in containerized environments
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies as needed
• Demonstrated experience writing or contributing to end development and deployment instructions
• Demonstrated experience using Agile based software development methodologies
• Demonstrated experience developing innovative solutions
• Demonstrated experience using multiple technologies to develop enterprise systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing secure and scalable web services and API'sx`
• Firm understanding of HTTP response/request handling, DNS routing/configuration, and CDN's
• Deep knowledge of CSS frameworks, container platforms (k8s, etc), as well as Git
• Ability to work with design tools such as Figma
• Experience with Graphic design
• Experience with Gitlab for Agile planning/tracking and CI/CD
• Related certifications are a plus
