Redlands Community Hospital - HOSPICE OUTPATIENT is Hiring a LVN (Hospice Outpatient) Near Redlands, CA

Reporting to the Director of Home Health this position provides the appropriate nursing skills within the scope of practice by the California Board of Licensed Vocational Nursing. The Licensed Vocational Nurse is to provide care as assigned and supervised by a Registered Nurse.
 1. Current CA Licensed Vocational Nurse required.
2. Current CPR certification required.
3. Certified to draw blood, as evidenced on Primary Source Verification of LVN License, required.
4. One year experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse required.
5. Hospice experience preferred.
6. Valid CA drivers license and an automobile, with current auto insurance, for field work required.
